How terraces, balconies and unheated rooms have been treated. Their treatment changes the figure materially.
Which document or standard the definition rests on.
The third is the most useful, because it leads to the source of the definition and ends the interpretation. The answer either exists or it does not, and both are informative.
5. One simple recommendation
